You're young. You're unsure what you want to do with your life. But most importantly: you're not alone! This is why launched the Queen Bee Career Mentoring Program where you can get matched with a woman who's been there, done that. Benefit from events about CV creation to finding your passion and have regular calls with your mentor to support you along the way. We want to provide equal chances to everyone. This is why the program is completely free!
Become a mentee
Not everyone has the advantage of having a supportive network. With Queen Bee Career, we want to change that. We will match your data with that of our mentors and find a perfect match for you; a woman that has studied a similar subject and is now working in an industry you are interested in. With regular calls or meetings, she will support you in your personal and professional development.
You can become a mentee if you:

are a student in high school or university (Bachelor/Master)

want guidance from an experienced mentor

are open to discussing your goals and plans

have at least 1h per month to chat with your potential mentor

Become a mentor
You're a woman with a few years of professional experience and want to volunteer as a mentor? Then you have come to the right place! How much time you will spend mentoring is completely up to you. We will match with an ambitious young woman that is interested in pursuing a career similar to yours. This position is not compensated.
You can become a mentor if you

have finished your education (apprenticeship / university degree)

have at least two years of experience working full-time

are open to sharing your experiences and advice
